Shower Stuff #1

Hi everyone! How y'all doing? How's Valentine's day? I'm spending mine by enjoying a gift of singleness - just for the weekend. Ocep is going away for the weekend, and surprisingly I got this Saturday off despite of the tax season starting. I'm really grateful. I've been working long hours again, and I can feel my neck and back are hurting. Am I getting old?

Anyway, today I'm bringing you my shower stuff, the stuff I use in my shower. These are pretty much what I've been using for several months now. Some are new and old favorites.
 Let's dig in!

Dove Visible Care Creme Body Wash
I just bought last week. I ran out of another creamy body wash from Olay and thought I'd try something new. I've never seen this packaging before and noticed the red "new look" sign on the top and it's a creamy body wash. This crazy weather has successfully dries out my skin. I've managed to calm it down with basically creamy/moisturizing products. I've enjoyed this for its thick consistency and it has a "toning" effect since it contains vitamin E. I don't know if it really matters, but I alway give my shower stuff a benefit of the doubt. Are you, too, like that?

Herbal Essences Honey, I'm Strong Shampoo
I picked up this shampoo because I was looking for something honey. I heard that honey is good for strengthening hair, and this was the only thing I found at Target with honey in it. Basically, I'm kinda into honey a little bit too much. When it has honey, I'm all for it. To be honest, I was immediately disappointed from the very first try. I cannot use this shampoo without using conditioner. It leaves my hair feeling dry and awkward, really. I don't know if all Herball Essences shampoos are like that, but I've been keeping it in my shower just for the sake of using it up.

Herbal Essences Naked Cleansing Conditioner
If you've been reader of my blog for quite a while, you might remember my review of Wynnn cleansing conditioner. I still find it a bit strange to wash my hair with conditioner-type product. It doesn't get soap-y like a shampoo, but it still manages to lather a bit more than a conditioner. This is a new product from Herbal Essences. I got a free travel-size dry shampoo from the same line, which by the way turns out to be a great one! I don't use this everytime I wash my hair. I basically change it back and forth with regular shampoo because I tend to let it sit on my hair for few minutes before rinsing it out and I don't always have that much time in the shower to be able to do that. So when I'm not in a hurry, I use it and I quite like it. It leaves my hair feel smooth and volumized, surprisingly. It also has a hint of mint which is refreshing.

L'Oreal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm
The idea of this product is obviously to act as a hair mask. I use once every week or couple, basically anytime I feel like. I'm not really good in using this kind of products, but this does the job. I can't really give an in-depth review because I don't use it religiously, but everytime I leave it on for about 10 minutes, I get an amazing soft and shiny hair.

SebaMed Liquid Face & Body Wash
Although it's said to be face & body wash, I only use it for my face. I've used this for a couple of years now, and I find it works for my face. I helps clearing out acne and calming my skin from breaking out. It maintains the balance of pH level of skin if that means anything to you because I don't really understand that stuff, but I believe it's good. I bought two giant packs from costco, which is much cheaper than anywhere else. I love this!

What's your shower stuff?
