Blogmas 25, 2013 ❄ Merry Christmas!

This holiday, I get to spend Christmas with my family. I feel really blessed to be able to do that. I'm aware I'm about two days late for posting my very last blogmas of the year, but I was occupied with friends, family, and jetlag.  Here's a recap of the last couple of days.

Visited a new mall called Lotte Avenue in Kuningan area if I'm not mistaken. There's so many new places for that past couple of years! I went from mall to mall, and ended the night with a quality time with my best friend. We went to the movie to watch Soekarno, a history of our first president and his fight for Indonesia's independence. It was a great movie, I have to say.

The next morning, I woke up pretty early and waited for my parents to get up. We went out for some food shopping.

We didn't get anything from this lady since there was fly everywhere. But really, fly is inevitable for shopping for food in this kind of situation. Later that day, I reunited with my best high school friends minus one since she had to work. I was best friends with these girls and called ourselves "Clarined" which is short for our names.

I got to see Karawaci since one of them goes to school there. And we visited this infamous
Es Krim Om - literally means Uncle Ice Cream. The place is just a regular house and no one would've ever guessed that they sell ice cream there. Those are one yummiest ice creams I've ever tasted. They were Rp 17.000 a cup.

Es Krim Om. We ended up eating in our car in front of the house. It was a unique experience.

I also went to Nany's Pavillon, a pretty hang out place with different theme for different location. They have garden, terrace, living room, bathroom, library and the one shown here, barn. It was really lovely. I love Jakarta for its creative places.

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. More posts to come.
