Blogmas 7, 2013 ❄ LOTD: theBalm Meet Matt(e) Nude

I guess I'm too little too late on this palette. I've purchased this a while ago, but I haven't had a chance to try them on till now. I've always wanted all-matte shadows palette, and let me just break it out to you, this is great!

Everything is matte, hence the name. You've got great amount of shadows for each shade. The shades are neutral, wearable colors that can be great for everyday look. The best part is that the pigmentation is as great as it looks in the palette, and they're smooth and buttery - not flaky at all.

I tried to to a n all matte-look today, and here's what I have.

Keeping the nude theme, here are the products I use:
Face:
Urban Decay Naked Skin foundation - 4.5
Maybelline instant age rewind - light pale (for under eye area)
Revlon photoready bronzed & chic bronzer

Eyes
Mee Matt(e) Nude palette
I used Matt Hung on the crease, then I blended with a fluffy brush using Matt Rosen
and Matt Singh on the lids

Lips
Make Up For Ever Aqua Lip - 1C
Rimmel Moisture delight lipstick - nude delight
Rimmel Stay Glossy - nonstop glamour

Have a happy Saturday!
